We are a third generation, family-owned company delivering heating,cooling, plumbing, and backup power solutions to homeowners in Western New York. We are a fast-paced business looking for someone who can work at a face pace and with high levels of detail on a computer.
The Big Task
You will promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer requests into appointments.
· You will need to master call templates to sound professional when speaking with our customers.
· Follow up (outbound calls) with customers to ensure satisfaction and present opportunities
· Maintain and update our customer database (in multiple systems) with complete and accurate information.
· Maintain communication with managers and other departments
· Monitor company voice mail / email and respond timely
· Other administrative tasks as company needs dictate
Desired Skills and Experience
Positive attitude, good phone voice, strong computer skills
